NFS-mounted / partitions

Hi everyone,

After working with a bunch of 486 machines for a few months in my computer
lab at school, I'm thinking that I'd like to try treating them even more
like thin clients. I don't think my server is quite up to handling 28 X
terms simultaneously, but I'm wondering if I could treat them almost like
diskless machines. I'm curious to hear if anyone else has
experience with this. The machines have 235 MB HDs. I guess I really want
to NFS-mount everything off the server. I would seem that this would have
great advantages from a system administration standpoint. Any thoughts?
