Yeah, I don't know if there is any good way to convert a CHS-addressed
drive to LBA, but LBA is the better method (and I think it is used on
most systems today).  Anyway, LILO hasn't really been modified to work
properly in newer systems, IIRC.  A better solution is to use GRUB,
which handles newer systems with big drives much better.  I don't know
how well it works on older systems that happen to have big drives,
though..
