	I've often wondered if it would be possible to use virtual
networks, replication, and heavy encryption to sort of create your own
informational state.  A place where no other government would actually
be capable of enforcing their laws governing information and its
exchange.

	It would be highly amusing to see what happened if someone
tried.  :-)
