Yep - ignore it.  I have FreeBSD installed also - and it shows up as a
Bloodhound virus.  It is just reading the MBR and seeing that it isn't DOS
and trying to figure out what it is.  You could shut of MBR checking.  It is
unlikely a virus will infect your MBR without you knowing it, because you
won't be able to boot into Linux anymore if it does get infected.
