mouse woes

     I ordered a Mouse Systems Pro Point about a week ago,
and it arrived today.  Turns out they don't work correctly
with linux, and Mouse Systems will only provide help if
you're using a 2.0.x kernel.  These are what I had planned
on using for my boxes, so now I'm screwed for the moment.
     Anyone have a suggestion for a nice 3-button which
doesn't cost $60?
