XPM Converting

While working happily away last night one of my HDD's did a belly flop and
died.

I only lost one little program... just one... and the script I used to run
it too... (and some games but there not important)

And I can't for the life of me remember what it was called or where I can
get it from...

It was a XPM <--> BMP converter for DOS, and ran happily in a DOS window...
not a big deal usually but I was right in the middle of converting some
files b/w XPM and BMP for a cute update for Netrek1999... (ever see flying
COW's on your client? - oh and a more resonable one for splashier ROM
ships).

Does anyone have something like this?  Or know where I can download
something that does this from?

I know there are lots for Unix out there, but DOS... well its like finding a
needle in a haystack.
