I disagree. I think quake (and other net games) are bad for business. This
is, of course, my opinion, and comes from personal experience.

Perhaps. It would be great is if someone had a source for this sort of
information so that manufacturers and ISP's could make intelligent
decisions as to who/what to support and request.
