(ASCEND) Radius Accounting fails

Hi,

we have recently changed some details of our Radius user db
(added Ascend IP pools) and then restarted the daemon. Since
that time the radius accounting fails, authentication works
fine.

The software in use is the current Ascend Radius Server,
machines are some Ascend Max and a Telebit Netblazer (which seems
to do accounting fine, btw.)

The radiusd logfile looks like this:

	users 228410 and DEFAULT not found
	Authenticate: ts-cw.neckar-alb.de1025, id=153: Neither User
        Nor Default Name: 228410

The funny thing is that the user name is *not* 228410, according to
the output of "radif" on the Max: Instead the correct user names are
found. (228410 is the routers dialin phone number, btw.) A snooped
packet is attached: You'll note that the user name (a10421a) is
inserted fine, but the phone number is present too.


Any clues what's wrong?
