(ASCEND) Strange TNT problem!!

Hi all,
 We have MAX TNT with ver 7.2.0 . Some of our customers complaining, they said" Once we logged to the network, we can't see any thing: Internet,mail...". I'm trying to find what's happening around. So far, the interesting thing I found is that if any customer got a certain IP's from the IP-POOL, he won't see any thing. 

Any suggestions will be appreciated..
