Re: [TCLUG:7343] JetDirect servers



This is precisely what I did to get my Jet Direct to work. The only issue
I've had is that both lpq and the Win95 print client tend to hang for a
while if you run/open them while sending data. Not a problem if you never
delete a print job, but sometimes I DO need to do that. Doesn't crash
anything, but just hangs for a few minutes. Anybody know why?
I'm using the same example as Ben to setup a print spool on the Linux box,
and Samba to print to that spool from a Win95 client.
