Their dhcpd probably has your MAC in it's cache, and will assign the same
IP until it expires. You should be able to see an expire date in the dhcp
logs on your Linux box somewhere.

You can always get a hostname with one of the ddns providers and have a
static hostname no matter what your IP is.  :)
