Apache and Frontpage extension

We have talked about this on the list before, but I have more clients asking
for frontpage extension (FPE). We, of course, run a linux box and apache.

I never installed FPE, because BUGTRAQ was alive with security holes in the
software. Cruising MS site, it looks like nothing has changed. 

Anyone running FPE? 

Did you do anything to secure the software?

And comments on the Apache/FPE combo?
