In E, how do I maximize an application, but leave room for a bar of
swallowed apps? How do I edit a theme? I want to change the programs that
are loaded from the icons on a theme etc --i.e. little stuff, but the only
file I see is a big binary.

Is there a good web page with this info, I found the E FAQ not very
helpful.
