I don't think this is supported yet.  It's come up on the E and
GNOME lists from time to time.  I think it would require some
sort of WM hint.  It won't be in E 0.15 (hard feature freeze
now), but may make it into 0.16.

This has also come up.  IIRC, there's a little bit of speculatory
code for it already, but it's not fully implemented, and won't
really appear in 0.15.  I think Mandrake was working on this some
time ago...  If we're lucky, it'll be in 0.16.
