Yep, you can get it from slack's site, or metalab.unc.edu.  There should
be an Adaptec boot disk, and you probably want the rescue.gz root
disk.  That one has e2fsck, fdisk, and other recovery utilities.  You can
use rawrite or dd to put them onto floppy disks.
