Actually, I'm moving in a few weeks and i just started looking around for ISDN
carriers since DSL won't be available and one-way cable just plain sucks.  It
turns out Sprint wants $47 a month for unlimited access w/ 2 B channels,
however that's just the line charge the ISP will cost me an additional $30.
But that's still pretty decent, $80 for unlimited ISDN access?
